Pressure Testing and Autofrettage

Hydrostatic testing  and leak testing services are available up to 150,000 psig. Water, oil, air or inert gas mediums can be used. We will custom design all necessary fixtures and seals to accomplish the task.

Improve the fatigue resistance of your pressure handling components by using residual compressive stress to your advantage. Ideal for components on pump discharge lines or other pressure pulsation situations. Ideal for high pressure tubing. Autofrettage pressures to 175,000 psi.

Destructive testing of vessels, components or tubing is available. Determining the burst pressure of components can be used to establish maximum allowable operating conditions.

Leak testing is available up to 150,000 psi. Testing can be accomplished with liquid or inert gases.
